Business Listing Usage Disclaimer

All Lakewood Foothills Rotary Club (LFH) members are entitled to have a listing on our business page of this website at no charge.

However, there are some "rules" that must be understood when making a request to the Webmaster to include a specific listing:

• All information will be viewed by all visitors to the LFH Rotary Club website. This information is not located in a "protected" directory. Contributors take full responsibility for all information they provide.
  
• While we attempt to ensure that all information provided to us for a listing is correct, "typos" can occur. It is the responsibility of the listing business or organization to ensure that all inforrmation given to us is correct and current. We will attempt to correct any "typos" as quickly as possible.
• Members may promote a "secondary" business that may be different from their official Rotary classification. Example: If someone is a retired Electrical Engineer and wishes to start a Bed & Breakfast, they may promote that enterprise on this website.
  
• Verbiage for all listings must be approximately 100 words. This listing is not true "advertising" space; only a very brief synopsis can be entered.
• One (1) small photograph may be included within the contents of the description and does not impact the word count limit. We recommend these be "mug shots" or other identifying photos. PDF and other files with text on them cannot be accepted, since it will be impossible to read the information.
  
• All listings must have a website address. There are no exceptions. It is the website link that is intended to provide the bulk of the information regarding a specific business or organization.
• Third-party websites cannot be referenced without the consent of the webmaster, LFH Board or their designated agent. The one exception is noted below.
• LFH Rotary reserves the right to deny or remove any listing entries that it deems inappropriate for use on this website and is the sole arbitrator of the contents of this Business Listing.

The exception to the denial of third-party listings relates to speakers making presentations to LFH meetings. If so desired, the speaker’s business/organization may be included under a separate topic (Speaker’s Businesses). However, all other rules as noted above apply.
